Broken Dreams

Not every broken dream is an actual nightmare. Before I embarked on a journey to better my health, weight, and fitness level. I was filled with dreams of how I would do things.

Now that I’m actually on this journey. I have learned to set my goals, to aim high for them, but to also expect the unexpected.

Let’s face it there are sometimes, and something’s in life that are beyond our control. The hardest thing to accept during these times can be letting go of trust.

The moment we realize that we are being faced with a sound decision to trust something or someone. We become tense with fear, frustration, anxiety, and brokenness.

The good thing is that no matter how hard it may seem. It’s something that we can get over, because with every mountain we climb. The way down tends to be a bit easier than the climb up.
